This has been a local ATL hotspot for ages and it's less than a quarter mile from the house! No A/C and no inside seating, so I would recommend getting it to go. Cheap southern staples and I would recommend their pork chops over anything else.

There are several options for groceries/essentials within 1-2 miles. We have listed a few of our favorites below.
Parking here can be kind of a zoo so I would suggest parking next to the drive through pharmacy. It's on the left hand side of the building if your looking at the front door. Of course it's close enough to walk or ride your bike as well.

Sometimes you just need someplace close to grab a six pack. That's Zees. It's around the corner, has a decentish selection of beer and spirits and is open late. If your looking for a bigger selection of craft beers at a better price then I would suggest checking out Kroger.

TIP: If you get a chance go see the secret viewing area in the cafeteria upstairs. If all the doors are closed test them out to see if one is unlocked. From there you can see the backside of the whale shark tank and the backside of the beluga whale tank. Usually a lot less crowded and a great opportunity to interact with the animals and take pictures.
