Located about 3 blocks down the street, Chiesa an Italian restaurant that was started by a couple who moved to Asheville to live their dream of starting a restaurant based on the recipes of the woman's grandmother. They specialize in authentic Italian, make their own pasta, have wonderful wine, and a beautiful patio for dining outside.

A lovely spot for coffee very close by, specializing in high quality coffee and tea with a relaxed vibe. Locals come here to work or meet up. They also have a downtown location on Rankin Ave.

This is, personally, my favorite coffee shop because it is located in the River Arts District (RAD) in the heart of Asheville's iconic graffiti art district. It is also next to the famous bbq place 12 Bones (which is open for lunch). It's a good place to go when planning to browse the art studios of the RAD!
