Born in the city of Weifang in the coastal province of Shandong, Chef Gao graduated from a private cooking school and continued to make the effort required to improve his management and cooking skills.
Chief Gao began his career in 1997 at one of the best restaurants «Weifang» and then spent time at the restaurant «Quanshi» in Beijing. These two experiences gave Chef Gao the motivation and the aspiration for self-development. It also encouraged him to explore more fully the quintessential art of Chinese cuisine
