We love this local poke spot, which lets you choose which type of rice (or greens), several types of fresh poke and all sorts of toppings. Servings are generous and the poke is always fresh.

In December, the family opened a third location, Annam VL right here in the Sunnyside Neighborhood. Delicious súp from all different regions of Vietnam.

Our friends Brenda and Charles own this sweet brewery/beer garden. The excellent beer, made by Charles, keeps winning awards, the latest being the slightly tart Electric Sunshine, which won a Good Food Award in 2024.
