Cocktails. Ooo delicious cocktails in a gorgeous environment. Sort of tucked away and little known so you’ll hopefully get a seat on a busy festival evening. The martini comes ice cold with a side of cheesy stuffed olives.

Peaks of Edinburgh

If you love a long walk and some good views, I’d recommend Arthur’s Seat, followed by Carlton Hill and finally the Walter Scott monument. Three of my favourite peaks. Each gives a new perspective on the city.
