if you go to Wahweap Marina, there are sandy beaches from there to stateline that are easily accessed from the parking lot,and you can walk a short distance to.You have to pay to enter the area,unless you have the annual Natl Parks pass,which gives you access to Natl Recreation Areas.That pass is good over at Lees Ferry also,if you are going that way.
May want consider bringing some type of shade especially during summer.

You can drive your car till the beach, this beach is scheduled and there are no lifeguards at duty, but the views are spectacular.If you have a small front wheel drive car try to park on the gravel instead of the sand since most people get stuck.
Lone Rock is a beautiful site and you can park there and lay on the beach, take a dip and enjoy the view.
