Torno, Lombardy
Nesso is a real gem---authentic little town in the center of the Como leg of the lake. The apartment is in a historic, medieval part of the northern part (Borgovecchio). Be sure to take a stroll (comfortable shoes!) to see the roman bridge (ponte della civera). The cascade (the 'orrido') ensures that this is one of the most beloved --and popular for locals--places to take a swim. There's also a sweet little swimming dock abut 500 meters north of the apartment.

Nesso is a real gem---authentic little town in the center of the Como leg of the lake. The apartment is in a historic, medieval part of the northern part (Borgovecchio). Consider treating yourself to cocktails or dinner at the Villa serbelloni hotel or its michelin star restaurant Mistral ... or simply enjoying a spritz or pizza at many other charming places. Lots of little shops with Italian silk or leather products.
