Just outside the front tour you will find miles of local trails all around the estate and the lakes. Help yourself the maps enclosed and have fun exploring. See the enclosed map for a lovely walk along the River Thames towards Ashton Keynes and if you would like a nice pub stop go visit the White Hart Inn, lovely food and a local spot.

Villages Nearby:
•Cirencester (6 miles) - biggest market town near us (10 min drive), they have a lovely city centre full of history and also a farmers market on 2nd & 4th Sat of each month from 9:30 - 2:30. This is a shopping spot for small and bigger sized stores.
•Bibury (15 miles) - Known for its scenic workers cottages 'Arlington Row' (picture spot!). Also a working trout farm to visit and located between 2 rivers with pretty walk. Swan Pub is well known there.
•Castle Combe (20 miles) - Picturesque village with limestone homes. Very pretty place to explore, also on the river. Craft fair on the weekends for local souvenirs.
•Nailsworth (14 miles) - Great village for shopping especially if you are into antiques and second hand finds. There are nice restaurants including one of the only fishmongers in the area.
•Burford (25 mile) – Classic historic market town with lots of shops on the mail street on a hill. Be sure to check out the Burford Garden Centre just outside of town which has a toy shop, clothing, restaurant, and farm shop on top of the garden centre.
•Bourton-on-the-Water (23 miles) - Lots to do and see including beautiful walks with picturesque streets, shops and the bridges for photo ops. It is known as 'Venice of the Cotswolds'. It has nice pubs and a few museums. Great for young and old!
