Head up to the ROOF at Black & Blue. The base level features some of the classiest (and most expensive) dining in the city, however, the 3rd floor roof has many of the same menu items at half the cost. Expect to pay around $50 CAD/person - but WELL worth it! If you are a couple looking for a special dinner, or a business traveller who wants a GOOD steak - look no further.
The striploin here is exceptional, as are the sides of mushrooms and creamed horseradish. The wait staff is classy and professional, and while you will pay a bit here - it is well worth it. Owned by GLOWBAL, a Vancouver born restaraunt group with a collection of unique restaraunts around town all offering something different.
