Our spacious 3 room, 1,200 square foot historic (c. 1670) one bedroom apartment for two guests has exposed beams, wide pine floors, full bath, kitchenette, and is just a short walk to Long Sands Beach or a short drive to York Beach, York Harbor, or York Village.

This historic Victorian residence, is today host to this seaside studio lounge. Once inside, you’ll fall captive to the seascape off Independence Park. The Atlantic panorama provides an awe-inspired sunrise daily. Comforts include heated floors, air conditioning and powered room-darkening blinds.

You can cook out on your grill or take a short drive to downtown Portsmouth.
