East Cabin

The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Soak up the morning sun on your private stone patio while mother nature comes to life on the pond and fields. Take a day trip to beautiful Lake George or Historic Saratoga Springs. Grill steaks on the BBQ and eat S’mores by the campfire at night. Farm fresh products for purchase at our farm store, including our own pasture raised beef. We also have the West Cabin available for your family and friends.

New tiny house, never lived in, but made to be comfortable. All amenities included: Air-condition, heat, WiFi, TV with cable, shower, tub, dry toilet, small full loft bed and full size couch futon, fire pit, river for swimming or fishing right out the door, small refrigerator, microwave, hot plate, toaster.ear three ski resorts (Killington, Okemo, Pico), Appalachian Long Trail two miles away, swinging bridge on trail beginning, White Rock hiking, lakes near for paddle boarding. Hot tub shared.

Stay with us if you’d like to be in the center of downtown Castleton. Stores, restaurants, the college and hike/bike rail trail are an easy walk. This is a very convenient location. We are also a short 30-40 minute drive to Pico and Killington ski areas. Five minutes to Lake Bomoseen. Recently updated, heat and AC, full bath, Wi-Fi, Qled tv, a comfortable king sized memory foam bed, a complete kitchenette. Reserved parking adjacent to entry. Mountain View Apartment

Quiet, second floor, farmhouse apartment in country setting. Two connected bedrooms sleep four, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. Watch the sunrise from the private deck or walk the fields to watch the sun set over the Adirondaks. Plenty of room to roam over the farm fields. Treehouse compound, no cleaning fee

The rental includes both treehouses (toilet in each), cooking/eating pavilion (only cold water at sink) (outhouse nearby), outside shower (cold), firepit. Additional guests above the 2 included in per night stay are $30 per person per night up to a maximum of 11 guests during the warmer months and 5 guests total during the cooler ends of the season (June and mid Sept to mid Oct). Beds: 3 doubles, 5 singles. No pets allowed. Not ideal for very young children or people with mobility issues.

Remote Cozy Yurt with Sunset Views

Enjoy some time in a secluded yurt nestled in a quiet valley with spectacular sunset views. It comfortably sleeps 4, but can accommodate more. There is a bathhouse with an outdoor shower, compost toilet, and sink. Complete with propane stovetop, grill, and all necessary kitchenware. Stays in colder months will enjoy the warmth and comfort of a wood stove. Guests can also enjoy a small trail system on property for exercise or leisure. You’ll find serenity here with huge open vistas. We are two miles from the town of Brandon. Brandon has restaurants, shops, art galleries and music venues. Granville NY has a large grocery store and other shops and is only a 15 min. drive.
