Rokovan Helmi - Natural peace in Ruka-Kuusamo

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

The Pearl of the Peak offers style and peace in one package. Completed in 2023, the 110-square-metre villa is located 28 km north of Kuusamo, right next to a network of cross-country skiing trails, cycling routes and paths. Distance to the ski resort is 6 km. The villa can accommodate up to ten people at once, and the needs of families with children have also been taken into account. The unique nature surrounding the villa is ideal for berry picking, mushroom picking and year-round exercise.

Kuusirinne 2B is a sweet and cozy half of a traditional northern log cabin. This approx. 63m² semi-detached apartment is located in Vuosseli (East-Ruka) surrounded by giant fir trees, near ski slopes and tracks. In a quiet area, but still close to services. The distance from the cottage to the ski slopes and tracks is only approx. 300m. The journey takes a short cut either on foot or on skis. The cottage is well suited for couples and small families.

Tervetuloa erämaan rauhaan ainutlaatuiseen hirsihuvilaan järven rannalle. Arkkitehdin suunnittelema ja vanhoista hirsistä rakennettu upea mökki sijaitsee keskellä hiljaisuutta ja metsää. Mökki on avara (150 m2) ja omaa tonttia on runsaasti. Mökki on tarkoitettu 1-4 hengelle ja se on täydellinen paikka rentoutumiseen. Mökissä on kaunis puusauna, sekä portaat saunasta järvelle omalle laiturille.
