Spacious, self-contained 50m² apartment located in quiet Acacia Bay, magnificent lake view day and night. Private entrance, no common area with the landlord. Private bathroom, new washbasin. The kitchen has been renovated and is equipped with electrical stove, new dishwasher, portable gas cooktop (can be used outdoor), microwave, fridge, kettle, air-fryer, and toaster; teabags and instant coffee are provided.
