Wake up to stunning views over ocean and islands - just a 5min walk through the paddock to the secluded beach. Hot shower under the stars. Outdoor bath to soak away the cares. Seperate toilet.

The Cabin - Fantail Grove, Hamurana, Rotorua.

The Cabin is located at Hamurana, in a 2 acre garden setting 350m from Lake Rotorua. Located 120 m from the owners house and is completely private. All around are Sugar Maples with ferns and native plants underneath which attract the fantails. Purpose built and architecturally designed in 2019 as a holiday retreat using passive home guidelines. The cabin is a 15 minute drive from Rotorua CBD, close to all tourist attractions while allowing you the peace and quiet of a luxury retreat.

Kotare Lakeside Studio

You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place. Right on the edge of the beautiful lake Rotoiti. Relax to the sound of the lapping waves and native bird song. Bifold doors open onto your private deck right by the waters edge. Park your boat/jet ski on the jetty ready for your next adventure AND you can even bring your fur child with you. Situated on a hectare block with a relaxing rural outlook our house is walking distance (1500m) to Wainui Beach and a short (5 min) drive to Gisborne city. The perfect location! Our studio mixes a luxurious but informal bach aesthetic it’s the ideal place to unwind, relax and enjoy Gisborne. BBQ and surfboard available on request.

Our place is newly built, behind a historic building, only metres from the beautiful Tokomaru Bay Beach. The facilities are all modern, with heat pump/air conditioning, acomodating 4 people with style, comfort and ease. One queen bed is in the lounge as a pull down/retractable and the second in a separate bedroom. Shower and toilet is an ensuite shared by all guests but accessed through the bedroom.
