V Luxury Residence Metlika je velika spalnica, dnevna soba z wellnessom in kuhinjo ter kopalnica. Spalnica je opremljena za dve osebi in je od osrednjega dela ločena z vrati. Kuhinja je opremljena s sodobno in vso potrebno opremo za kuhanje. V osrednjem delu je jedilna miza, usnjen raztegljiv kavč, na katerem lahko spita dve osebi in TV s Playstation 5. V wellnessu imamo finsko in infrardečo savno ter jacuzzi s TV. Kopalnica je ločena z vrati. Zunaj apartmaja je terasa in brezplačno parkirišče.

A home away from home. Apartment "Duga" is on the upper floor of a charming family home located in Duga Resa, it has a separate entrance and a spacious terrace. The apartment is less than 10 min by foot from the river beach and 15 min from the town centre. The entire suite is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected for your safety. Guests with pets will be charged 10€ per night extra for the pet. This fee is separate from your Airbnb bill and will need to be payed to the host before you leave.

Guests have access to an indoor infrared sauna, which is included in the price. *The outdoor hot tub is available for an additional fee, personally arranged with us.* The house is located next to the Kolpa River, offering a beautiful view of the natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for nature lovers, relaxation, and outdoor activities. Kuća je sagrađena u ljeto/jesen 2022. Okruženje RA HOUSE prepuno je prirodnih ljepota, izletišta, zanimljivih destinacija za odmor i zabavu. Od Nacionalnog parka Plitvice udaljena je svega 20 km, 10 km od starog grada Slunja s magičnim Rastokama, te 15ak km od Baraćevih Spilja.
