You will be staying in a safe gated private property. The apt is upstairs above a double garage were we the host live on property. We have a fenced area for a dog if you bring one with you. We have sound proof the apt upstairs from our downstairs apt we use ourselves.

You will have your own private space in a detached Guest House behind the main home at the back of a fenced and gated property. This guest home has its own private entrance and secured parking behind a gated entrance. Even though you are located in the same area as our primary home, your space is very private and located on the lower level of the property and we will not bother you. At the back of the property, there is NO lake access, but there is a wonderful lake view and an inlet from the lake. NO pets allowed. If a pet is brought onto the property there will be a $200 fee.
