No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Linja-autoasemalle on matkaa 800 metriä ja lentoasemalle 9,5 kilometriä. Linja-auto #8 napapiirin joulupukin kylään kulkee 500 metrin päästä. Kaikki keskustan palvelut ovat asunnon välittömässä läheisyydessä. Kerrostalo on moderni ja hiljainen . Huoneistosta löytyy myös yksityinen sauna.

Nauti kaupunkilomasta ja/tai etätyöstä tässä siistissä ja mukavassa kaksiossa, joka on vain kivenheiton päässä ydinkeskustasta ja kaikki palvelut lähellä. Ounasvaaran huikeat ulkoilumaastot heti joen toisella puolella. Kemijoen rantaan, kaupungin pääkirkkoon ja Alvar Aalto-keskukseen vain pari sataa metriä. Lähin ravintola samassa talossa, ruokakauppaankin vain 350 metriä. Tässä asunnossa auto on tarpeeton.
