Sustead is a small village located within 5 miles of the popular coastal town of Cromer, and within 10 miles of the historic market towns of Holt & Aylsham. The Cartlodge has been designed and decorated to a high standard to provide a sumptuous stylish, bright & cosy place to stay. Nearby are the National Trust properties & parks of Felbrigg & Blickling.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located in the quaint countryside village of Thorpe Market, on the grounds of a Grade 2 listed period property. This is a beautifully renovated and thoughtfully converted tiny escape: Bensley Snug. They say all good things come in small packages and that is exactly what you get with this property. Relax in this romantic setting, meander along country lanes, dip your toes in the sea and dine at the best sea-food restaurants around. Idilic bliss!

Our modern annexe provides a wonderful seaside base with free parking, which is a 2-minute walk to the cliff top, beach and 5 minutes to the town centre. The detached annexe offers stylish, comfortable calming accommodation in an idyllic peaceful and relaxing setting, excellent for couples. Situated next to the hosts family home, the annexe has been designed to offer a spacious living area with modern amenities and vaulted ceiling to provide a light and airy space. Private off road parking.

Secluded Eco Lodge nestled in a rewilding meadow

Secluded Sunhouse situated at the bottom of a large 2 acre garden. The house is surrounded by a conservation area and there are beautiful walks to the coast from the doorstep. Yet it is only 1/4 mile from a train station & Suffield Arms. The Sunhouse: open plan self contained living space, which comprises of a kitchen diner & Lounge / sleeping area, with a wood burner. There is a bathroom with shower. Depending on the time of year you visit it will be in different stages of growth and bloom.

THE BARN ANNEXE: COUNTRYSIDE YET CLOSE TO BEACHES.

The Annexe is situated just off the road down a country track in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is a newly renovated space within our barn conversion. It is located in a rural part of North Norfolk and although surrounded by countryside, it is also only a short distance to many beautiful beaches, making it the perfect escape. The village centre has a bus stop and a welcoming pub, both are within walking distance (a tranquil 15-20 minute walk). There are also train links nearby too.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Sunny Brook - perfect for two

Sunny Brook is a charming detached bungalow set within the grounds of the owner’s home, in the village of Roughton, North Norfolk. Offering a quiet and comfortable retreat, it’s just a five-minute walk from local amenities including a village shop, pub with restaurant, bus stops, and a traditional fish and chip shop. A beautiful space to relax and enjoy the gorgeous Norfolk landscape from. Ideally based in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, only 1 mile from the sea front, country walks on your door step. There are many things to do and see - beaches, country homes, parks and forests, the Norfolk Boards or just watching the wildlife that lives around the barn such as our barn owl who lives onsite, the sheep, horses and goats in the surrounding fields or the butterflies and bees in our meadow.

Recently completed and accommodating up to two guests and a pet this is a perfect holiday home for singles, couples and their dog and provides a relaxing and comfortable home away from home experience all year round.

Magnificent North Norfolk Listed barns, lovely rural location 5 minutes from Cromer and the sea. 2 acre gardens with parking. Pub in the village. All on the ground floor with 2 steps in (message me for disabled access with no steps). We have vaulted timbered ceilings, FREE SUPERFAST FIBRE-OPTIC BROADBAND, satellite TV, patio and large gardens beyond. Beautiful historic old barns and a lovely rural location. And your best friend, the dog is welcome too.

Arbor Lodge

Arbor Lodge is set in a secluded part of Cromer within 5 minutes walk to the town centre, beach & pier. The Lodge is a purpose built annex to the owners own home, and it has been finished to a high standard & benefits from sea views. The Lodge is ideal for a couple but could accommodate 4 people with an easy pull out & comfortable small double sofa bed, a travel cot is available on request. At night the outside of the lodge is illuminated.

Pumphouse Cottage, a cosy country/coastal retreat

Pumphouse Cottage, named for the Victorian well situated beneath it, is a self contained annexe in picturesque Trunch. It has been recently renovated and has a private courtyard entrance, kitchen/dining area, bathroom, living area, one double bedroom, a spacious private garden, and off street parking. It lies in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is only a short distance from the sea.
