Located close to the Ashdown Forest with plenty of country walks. We are a 15 minute drive from Royal Tunbridge Wells and an hour from London and the East Sussex coast. We are on hand in the main house for your convenience.

This beautifully presented two bedroom detached cottage is situated within close proximity of Crowborough Town Centre and approximately 7 miles from the vibrant heart of Tunbridge Wells with popular shops, bars and restaurants. This characterful property is set amongst 4 acres of mature landscaped gardens which encompasses a private fishing lake. Wadhurst Castle Cottage is a charming Regency self catering holiday cottage with well proportioned rooms, creating a light, spacious holiday home for up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms, with sofa bed available in the sitting room. It has its own small secluded garden and is located in the parkland of historic Wadhurst Castle Estate, near Royal Tunbridge Wells and within easy reach of the seaside, London and Gatwick. It is well positioned for visiting a wealth of National Trust properties.

Entire converted stone coach house

The Coach House is a newly converted, open plan space with very good internet connection in tranquil wooded location on the edge of the Ashdown Forest. It is adjacent to, but detached from the main house Fairstowe and is ideally suited for family occupancy or a couple. Guests have the freedom of having sole occupancy. A 2nd bedroom can be created by closing a multifold door where a single regular bed is provided for one guest and a single fold-out bed is available for a second.

Salters Green Oast House is reputed be the smallest oast in Sussex where hops used to be dried for the farmer's ale. Situated down a narrow lane off the A267on a quiet and secluded 64 acre cattle farm, which you are free to explore (though the cattle currently winter nearby), it is 15 minutes from Tunbridge Wells and about 30 mins drive from Eastbourne and the wider coast. Historic villages of Rotherfield and Mayfield are 5 mins away by car with pubs, cafes and shops.

This idyllic retreat is set at Pococksgate Farm. It's all very peaceful here, and a relaxing place to just chill out all by yourselves with no one else around you.

We are offering a beautifully converted barn, in a secluded spot about 150m from our house, at the bottom of the garden. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. We are happy to welcome a well-behaved dog. We are in the Wealden Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest - Winnie the Pooh territory - and within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Glyndebourne, Lewes, Brighton and London.
