Kitchenette includes fridge, electric portable induction cooktop, microwave, pans, cutlery, and tableware. Whole house water filtration system. Large bathroom with walk-in shower. Air mattress if needed for extra guests. Large contained back yard good for dogs. Ten min. to State Capital, CSUS, and five min. to UC Davis Medical Center.

Toad Hollow Guest Suite

Guest suite downstairs of a modern alley home in McKinley Park. It's set up like an extended stay, with a bed, table/chairs, and simple kitchenette (sink, fridge, microwave, toaster, hot water boiler for coffee/tea). Parking is available on nearby streets. Shared HVAC system with main house. AC is on a timer and can be turned on at request. A space heater is available in the room to augment whole house heating. Please note that this is near an active (and noisy) train line.
