Close to the trail head and close to the public access! Extra parking in the back yard for your toys. Lots of fun things to do at the 222. No parking west side of house I have the area marked off with reflectors not to park in that area extra parking for your trailers behind the house. Not a party house

Higgins Lake getaway

Our little getaway just under an acre & offers plenty of room for tents, boats & toys. 1st floor bdrm has a queen bed w/window air unit, loft has full bed & full futon w/window air unit, we remove units in the cooler months. bathroom has tub/shower, & kitchen has full amenities. Cabin accommodates 6+ people. Our cabin is a great place whether you are coming up to enjoy the lake, Mackinaw Island, Traverse City, the Fall color tours, hunting, or winter activities.

Cousin Cottage

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish space. Indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit (with plenty of wood) and outdoor dining space. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need (small appliances, pots & pans, utensils, etc). Dining table with family games. Right across the street from the lake on the south shore. Located within walking distance to restaurants, stores, ice cream shop, etc. Half a block lake access for ice fishing and snowmobiling. No pets please.
