Situated in the scenic woods of northern Michigan yards away from Houghton Lake, this comfy cabin is a great place to relax after a full day of fun. It is the PERFECT spot for summer lake fun, outdoor activities, ice fishing adventures, trail riding and more. Conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground, volley ball court, tennis court, boat launch, ice cream shop, state trails AND MORE! We also own the cabin right next door, which sleeps 7! Board games, yard games, covered patio area, smokeless fire pit + wood, garage converted into game room lounge! Golf cart rental available for $50/night. 4mins to Denton Twp trailhead and 2min drive to town. Come relax at Pair A Dice Lounge III.

Base Camp - ORV trail access

2 bedroom cabin with ORV trail access to the renowned St Helen trail system. Cozy space with thoughtful amenities and retro gaming. This 750 sq ft cabin has everything you need: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, huge outdoor space with grill & fire pit. Fully fenced-in yard for doggie guests. Plenty of parking for trucks, trailers, ORVs, boats, etc! Note: There's another rental on the property close to this one. But each has private yards, parking, and driveway. Rent both for larger groups!

Lake Front Cabin with late off season check out!

Enjoy all the lake has to offer in this adorable lake front cabin with amazing views! Watch the sunrise from the kitchen while you sip a cup of coffee. The sunsets from our beach can’t be beat. The beach is sandy with no sea wall & perfect for swimming! The beach and dock are shared with 3 other cabins. If you plan to bring a watercraft please inquire about space before booking or ask about our pontoon rental! If you need more than one cabin we may have another available. Inquire by message.

Come experience bonfires, roasted s'mores and hot dogs, toasty feet by the indoor fireplace, warm soaks in the jetted tub, flattop or charcoal grilling, a rambunctious game of Foosball, watching the day pass by on the expansive screened in porch, and so much more. Higgins Lake is just a 10 min drive away or consider a day trip to Petoskey or Traverse City.

My place is close to Lake St Helen, ATV Trails, The Dream, Nightmare Golf Courses. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, it is a wonderful spot to enjoy a weekend away.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and furry friends (dogs). Additional $50.. This will be charged during your booking. The cleaning fee is for supplies/house cleaner. Please do not leave a sink full of dirty dishes behind. Leave cabin in the same condition as you arrived. Thanks

Larkin’s Cabin is newly renovated & one mile from beautiful Higgins Lake!! This cabin has all the comforts of home with no sparing on that northern Michigan feel. In summer, spend the days swimming, boating or fishing & the nights cozied up by the bon fire. Winter, enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling, or cross-country skiing with 11 miles of trails just a mile away. There's also plenty of space for entertaining inside & out with ample parking for boats & trailers.
