Welcome to our mountain cottage home! We are located on a one-house street in the heart of Bella Vista, just off Chelsea Road, convenient to the Tunnel Vision trail, AR 71, and I-49. The Kingswood Golf Course, Bella Vista Country Club, and Tanyard Nature Trail are within 2 miles. Kingsdale Recreation and Riordan Hall facilities are less than 1.5 miles away with miniature golf, tennis courts, playground, basketball court, shuffle board, horse shoes, fitness center, and a seasonal swimming pool.

We can't wait to be your host at our trailside cottage. Just 2 blocks off historic downtown Rogers and within walking distance of restaurants, pubs, antique stores, hiking/mountain biking trails and the farmer's market. Great location to walk to concerts at the new Butterfield stage downtown Rogers - the Walmart Amp is only 6 miles away (live music). Beaver lake (fishing/boating) is only 10 minutes way. The cottage has high speed internet to accommodate zoom meetings and guests working remotely.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guesthouse. 10 minutes from Downtown Bentonville, with easy access to Hwy 49, Sam’s Club, NWACC and all that NWA has to offer! This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. Enjoy all NWA has to offer while staying in a detached studio apartment located in a private seven house subdivision. Our “bee” themed rental is just 1 mile from I-49 and one 1.5. miles from the Amp. Central to Crystal Bridges, Top Golf, Walmart home offices. Bedding is: 1 queen bed, full size sofa bed, and twin mattress (stored under the queen bed). The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your enjoyment. Trail-bike storage can be arranged in advance. Come and “BEE” our guest.

Coler Cottage

Enjoy this studio/guest house located just two blocks from Coler Mountain biking trails. Bring your bikes, and don’t worry about driving. Guest house is two blocks from Coler and can ride to Slaughter Pen as well as downtown Bentonville trails/restaurants bars. Studio guest house has one queen bed, a futon sofa, air mattress, kitchen with full size fridge, microwave and bath/shower. While guest house has a pool view, pool is not available for use by guests.
