Bunkhouse on Horse & Cattle Ranch Near I-95

You get the WHOLE bunkhouse when renting. Please follow directions for location of bunkhouse and parking because the GPS won’t get you there. Small bunkhouse located on acres of ranchland. We are around 20 minutes from 95, with lots of room to relax. Join us at Cavvietta Quarter Horse & Cattle Co. Riding lessons available for additional fee! Want to bring a horse? Contact us about using our barn, arena, and more! We also have a small cabin available that sleeps two, if you have a smaller party.

Welcome, friends! Nestled in the lovely scenery & solitude of beautiful Sunset Park, this newly-remodeled two-story barn is the perfect getaway spot! Close to everything yet tucked into a quiet wooded area behind my house, you’ll look out the window to find the wide open green space of the park. We originally started as a Bed & Breakfast called Antler & Oak in Franklin County, located just north of Raleigh and East of Wake Forest. The place is 100 years old, renovated the front portion for use to accommodate guests. Guests have full access to the space including a full kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms & 2 1/2 baths.

Please be aware that we do have 2 dogs. They are very friendly and will sniff and whine when she meets you (see pictures). Very cozy and private space with a private entrance above the garage. Fully equipped gym in the garage. All appliances were purchased new as of 2021. Vinyl plank flooring installed 2021 as well. Recently repainted. Best part about this space is you get the country experience with 200 Mbps download speeds. If you need the air mattress let us know.
