Private guest cottage for 2 right on Lake Hamilton

Light and open small studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and back up to the parking spot under the carport. Also, this year ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers will lower Lake Hamilton 5 feet, and water in our cove will be minimal. Sorry for inconvenience.

This is a true tiny house just a few minutes from beautiful Lake Hamilton! The cabin is about 350sq ft. with a living room, bathroom, kitchen, and loft. Approximately 15 minutes from Historic Downtown Hot Springs. Maximum occupancy at anytime in the cabin is 3. There are 2 twin mattresses in the loft. There is NOT a hide-a-bed sofa.
