Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

It's an ideal base for those wanting to take advantage of the fabulous local golf courses at St Enodoc & The Point or the famous Cowshed Spa at St Moritz Hotel.

Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Little Haven is a comfy cabin, with off-road parking. The property sits at the gateway to the picturesque Sandy beach of Rock, which is a 15/20 min walk. Rock ferry runs regularly to the famous fishing town of Padstow which offers excellent places to eat. Also nearby is the surfing beach of Polzeath. A short drive away is Port Isaac, home to the Fisherman's Friends and Doc Martin. Pityme Pub a 2 min walk, offers food including breakfast The property has a mini fridge, sink, kettle and toaster.

Our spacious self contained ground floor apartment is in a quiet residential area of Padstow with private off road parking . The property has a large well equipped kitchen diner, hallway with storage space and a comfortable lounge. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and the bathroom has both bath and shower facilities. Ideally situated a short walk from Padstow's harbour with its cosy pubs and famous restaurants. All in all a perfect base from which to explore Padstow, North Cornwall and beyond.

Honeybee is a cosy one bedroom cottage close to Padstow harbour. The well laid out ground floor of the cottage is open plan with a modern gloss white kitchen that is fully equipped. This compact studio for two is within walking distance of shops, Porthilly beach & Rock beach, restaurants & wonderful coastal walks close by.Sailing & water skiing are available in the estuary. A good base to stay & get away from it all at an affordable price. Please note that there is no outside space. There is no wi fi at the moment. Parking for one car.
