La casa de la tía Marta II

Casa de campo con encanto en parcela de 700 metros de jardín, con piscina de piedra natural, pérgola, ducha solar, situado a las puertas de un Pinar público de gran tamaño, cinco minutos en coche y unos 30 minutos andando de una extraordinaria playa por un camino forestal atravesando el pinar. Casa muy cómoda y acogedora, con una cuidada decoración. El entorno es ideal para pasear, tambien tiene muy cerca dos centro hípicos, la playa para hacer surf y varios campos de golf a menos a 5 minutos.

Rodeada de parques naturales de pinares, salinas, esteros. A 4 Km. de 5 campos de golf y varios centros de hípica. Cerca de Véjer , Conil, Barbate, Jérez, Arcos de la Frontera, Cádiz

La conexión a internet es por fibra óptica (600Mb/s). La casa está en zona de pinares y a 100m de la playa, es de estilo minimalista y muy cómoda, ya que para garantizar la accesibilidad, dispusimos en la planta baja el dormitorio de matrimonio principal con cama de 150cm con cuarto de baño "en suite" y otra habitación con cama de matrimonio de 135 cm . En la planta de arriba hay un cuarto de baño y 2 dormitorios; uno con 2 camas y el otro con una cama nido (2 indiv.) y cama de matrimonio.

A place to come and disconnect. Soak in the southern Spain sun with a sangria by the pool, minutes walking from the beach, grill on the bbq, or experience some of the restaurants around the area. At night you will relax with the tranquility of the neighbourhood, or if you prefer you are minutes away to the night life. Other activities we love to do are walking along the beach watching a sunset, or around the pinewood, eat outside, and go golfing to the multiple courses we have in the area.
