It offers handpainted shiplap ceilings, real antique cedar/stone walls, custom cabinetry, dimmable lights, full kitchen, easy access outlets and a private entrance from the side courtyard, a lovely place to sit and enjoy our incredible edible yard with berries, figs, fruit, herbs, &veggies growing.

Shadetree Studio located in East Austin

Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. We've put a lot of love into this space and truly hope you will enjoy it! Please contact us to request longer stays. We can negotiate weekly rates

This cottage is tucked away in a quiet corner of the popular and hip Holly/East Cesar Chavez neighborhood in East Austin. Located less than a mile to Downtown Austin, Lady Bird Lake, Rainey Street and minutes to Soco, Zilker Park and Barton Springs. It is super close to Austin's hot new restaurants, bars, music venues, nightlife and outdoor activities. Blocks away from Hike and Bike trail around Lady Bird Lake. Your cleaning fee means we do the cleaning, no crazy lists of chores for you to do.

Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.
