The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Luxury Shepherd's Hut in The Cotswolds

Sans Souci is a bespoke Shepherd's hut, lovingly hand built to an incredibly high spec. Completed in April 2021, it has a double bed and double sofa bed. There are far reaching views of the Cotswold hills, which can be taken in from the South-facing deck.
