Pontoon freshwater beach is 10 mins drive, Ennischrone, Killalla and Westport are 30 mins away and boast fabulous beaches. The house sleeps 8 people and is newly renovated. Our cosy hut consists of a comfortable bedroom with an enchanted view of Assaroe Lake: enjoy it on our 3 deckings! The cabin is very close to our house but secluded from it, buried in the woods. The room provides a tranquill escape from frantic life:- there’s Wi-Fi but no television , just a radio. Kitchen facilities are basic but functional. We provide the basis for a continent breakfast. Beaches and hiking trails are very close by. WE ACCEPT PETS ONLY AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THEIR OWNER

Granny's Cosy Corner

This cosy self contained apartment is attached to the Owners house but has its own entrance and private off road parking. It is a quiet suburban location with the town of Westport easily accessible less than five minutes walking on street lit footpaths. This is the ideal location for couples looking for a romantic escape away yet close to the restaurants and night life of Westport or for young families looking for somewhere that easily accesses that many amenities that the town has to offer.

Cosy Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm, cosy space in the rolling countryside and just a 40 minute drive from Knock Airport. For something more lively there’s Westport and Castlebar, with their shops, bars and the beautiful coastline and beaches of the Wild Atlantic Way. The 2 friendly cats, Muffin and Bruce, prefer to live outside but like to say hello. When not away working, I stay in a chalet on a separate piece of land close by but not overlooking the cottage. I do respect guest privacy.

A great choice for a large family group, a group of friends, or a couple. Knock Ireland West International Airport is approx 30 mins away. There are woods, lakes and amazing beaches very close by. Ballina Town is only 8km away. Combine your stay with the perfect pint of Guinness and a chat with the locals, next door!
