We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. Briar Barn is a self contained, converted barn which sits next to our house. It is a warm and cosy affair with heaps of rustic features including exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings and a log burning stove. The spacious converted barn boasts a fully fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi , Freeview Tv in the lounge and in the bedrooms , comfy lounge and dining area, a fully tiled Shower room with a heated towel rail, 2 bedrooms and a patio where you can sit and enjoy the tranquil, mesmorising views.

Foulis Castle is a 15 min walk away from the Storehouse Restaurant & Farm shop, which is situated on the shore/beach of the Cromarty Firth (Mon-Sat, 9-5pm). You’ll love my place because of privacy of having your own country retreat within beautifully landscaped gardens. My place is small with one bedroom that contains either x2 singles or zip&link super-king size bed. The 3rd guest is on a roll-away mattress ideal for a child.
