Welcome to my home-from-home spacious self-catering lodge. Situated on Tydd St Giles 18-hole golf course with a serene fishing lake and ponds. Nature lovers can enjoy walks on the David Bellamy Honey Bee nature trail, woodlands, and picnic areas. Site facilities include a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness suite. Delicious meals and snacks are served in the restaurant, bar and café. Beautiful Norfolk beaches voted some of the best in England only a short drive away.

Countryside flat near Spalding

Spacious self-contained apartment in the grounds of Wykeham House near Spalding. Ground floor entrance with WC, freezer, washing machine & storage, stairs to first floor with large bathroom with shower, bedroom with king sized bed, feature wall & desk. Open plan kitchen/living/dining room with all mod cons, comfortable seating, dining table, large Smart TV & views onto the garden and riverbank which runs alongside the house. Private dining area outside as well as access to the 2.5 acre garden.

Chino is a high-spec, self-catered, stable conversion with a Visit England 4 Star Gold Award. Access to outdoor swimming pool, hot-tub, gym, outdoor seating, and a boules pitch. Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

Magdalene Lodge, Cambridge Country Club

With spectacular views of the championship golf course, this sophisticated lodge is perfect for a family holiday, a golf break or a luxury spa break. Situated at Cambridge Country Club, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the pool, a workout in the gym or a round of golf. The lodge itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 luxuriously appointed bathrooms. There is a fantastic kitchen, beautiful decked area for outside entertaining, and finally a bubbling hot tub from where to enjoy the views.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. Romantic getaway with garden

Get back to nature, and back to yourself, in a secluded setting. This converted stable block has an open plan layout that’s perfect for one or two. The light filled space features exposed beams, white washed walls and charming rustic details. Enjoy garden views through large floor to ceiling windows and curl up in deep-seated armchairs by the wood burning stove. Although the characterful market town of Stamford is only 10mins away, you’ll feel a million miles away from the outside world.

Lakeside View

The perfect place for a relaxing getaway, overlooking the fishing lake and award winning golf course. Set in tranquil surroundings with everything for a home from home experience. Boasting 3 spacious bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable lounge area and 3 tier decking area for those barbeques. There is also a private fishing platform for those keen fishermen, or why not follow the nature trail for a relaxing walk, for the more energetic there is a fully equipped gym/pool.

Riverside Accommodation with private balcony

Cam Cottage Cabin is right on the river and is accessed through courtyard gates. It is secluded and an isolated spot nestled in an acre and a half of grounds. It has a private balcony overlooking the River Cam where you can observe rowers, swans and herons gliding by. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.

Overstone Lakes Luxury Static Caravan

A luxurious 2 bedroom caravan (sleeps 6) on a peaceful site that has been awarded a Gold Banner David Bellamy Conservation Award. Situated near Sywell, in the rural Northamptonshire countryside, Overstone Lakes is an ideal getaway location for all the family. You will be greeted by the picturesque surroundings of the park and there is also an excellent selection of lakeside walks. Please note any branded work vehicles are not allowed on site and must be parked at the pub next door.

The Piggery - Country Getaway

Set in the 12 acre grounds of the manor house, once the family home and filming location for Britain's most famous TV chef, guests will have access to the gardens, outdoor pizza ovens, tennis court, swimming pool and fresh produce from the walled kitchen gardens.
