Set in a great location (7 miles from Cambridge) in the beautiful village of Barrington with the picturesque village pub, the Royal Oak, just 5 minutes walk away, with a great network of walks and bike rides from your doorstep. Unfortunately we cannot take children, but we welcome well-behaved dogs (sorry no cats).

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. It is a 20-25 minute stroll along the river towpath into the historic centre of Cambridge or a ten minute bike ride. A Tesco local is 2 mins away, pizza pub and coffee bar and post office. Friendly Labradors roam freely.
