Die Wohnung liegt am Fuße des Donaustaufer Burgbergs, in der Nähe der Walhalla und nicht weit vom Weltkulturerbe Regensburg. Die Ferienwohnung eignet sich für Freunde, Paare, Familien mit Kindern, Geschäftsreisende, Radfahrer, Alleinreisende... eigentlich für alle. Wir wohnen im selben Haus und freuen uns darauf, Euch kennenzulernen!

Ess-und Küchenbereich sind der Mittelpunkt der Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit Kochfeld, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet, elektrischer Wasserkocher und Toaster sind selbstverständlich. Es gibt ein Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch. Die Wäsche-Erstausstattung mit Bettwäsche, Handtüchern ist im Mietpreis enthalten. Das Badezimmer ist mit Dusche, WC.

Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.
