Nestled in open countryside next to our vineyard on the outskirts of Bishop's Stortford, an ideal base to explore East Herts & North Essex or visit London & Cambridge. The Cowshed is a recently converted barn sleeping 5, complete with fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfy seating around a woodburner. Egyptian cotton linen and black out blinds in all bedrooms. Outdoors enjoy the wood burning hot tub, feed the chickens, take a stroll round our lake or discover the zip wire in the wood!

Positioned in the beautiful countryside near Ware town, Cold Christmas has an abundance of lovely walks and is conveniently situated close to Hanbury Manor and Fanhams Hall, both of which offer a variety of amenities including a golf course, health spa and fine dining. Maltons, one of the area's finest restaurants is just at the end of the lane.

Stansted Airport - Beautiful Annexe with Parking

The Annexe is separate from our house with its own entrance. Basic items are provided i.e. Milk, Tea & Coffee etc. Free parking during your stay. Airport transfers available We are in a rural location so a car may be needed. If you would like to book the night before your wedding, please contact me to confirm the details. Wonderfully cosy barn, recently renovated to a genuinely high spec - the Grade II listed 'Dovecote' is located on a working arable farm in a lovely remote setting in the Essex countryside. Situated next to a small duck pond, overlooking the farmyard and the local church, The Dovecote is a two-storey brick and oak framed building finished to a truly high standard. Peaceful and remote with its own courtyard, the Dovecote has an elevated location in the otherwise undeveloped yard.

Located in the rural village of Stocking Pelham in Herts, the surrounding area is perfect for country walks or cycling. Nearby pubs offer great beer and fabulous dining. A short drive away you have various attractions including Henry Moore, Audley End, and the lovely old market town of Saffron Walden. Cambridge and Newmarket are not too far either.
