The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!

The Green House

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars at this beautiful farm situated on 80 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with horses, chickens and Nigerian Dwarf goats. Welcome to Keuka lake in this beautiful home that boasts 3 master suites. The living room has a panoramic view of Keuka Lake. There is a deck off the top floor and a patio off the first floor to sit and enjoy the lake view as well. From the downstairs patio you are only a few steps to the beach. At the end of the dock the lake is only 3 feet deep so it’s excellent for swimming. Everything in this house is new and very clean. We are a mile from downtown Penn Yan.
