We can't wait to share our little piece of paradise with you while you enjoy your stay at It's A Shore Thing. This cottage will not disappoint. Its cozy, comfortable and relaxing. By the harbor, you will enjoy the salt water & air as you watch the boats pass by. Its a very clean, quiet environment and you can make wonderful memories.

Our two cedar log cottages are located right on the magnificent Bras d’Or Lake with a great view, and are hidden from each other in a twelve acre wooded area to secure your privacy. They are fully equipped for your holiday (towels and linens also provided), with a nice kitchen and all the amenities, living room, two bedrooms (1 queensize, the other 2 single beds,) bathroom , electric heating, porch with BBQ. It’s a proven favorite for honeymooners, but even a family of five can be housed.

Breathe the fresh air, enjoy the sounds and sights of the soaring hawks and bald Eagles, launch your kayak (bring your own!) from the yard and paddle the pristine inlets of Isle Madame! Our three-bedroom, two-floor cottage features a complete renovation, including fresh white bedding and towels. Relax, unwind, and enjoy your stay at Serenity Shores directly on the Bras d'Or Lake with spectacular sunsets. We are not in St. Peter’s but rather in St. George’s Channel. Use this cottage as a home base to tour the beautiful island of Cape Breton or spend a night before getting on the ferry to Nfld. We are located 1 1/2 hours from an access point to the world famous Cabot Trail and about the same to the ferry. The area offers great golfing, hiking, fishing and sightseeing.
