Monte das Casolas is a rural retreat nestled amid an unspoiled oak forest (Montado) in the countryside near Grândola. This refuge is in the middle of a large forest of cork oaks, with more than 30 hectares, with many paths for pleasant walks, watching many varieties of birds, several places to practice Yoga, or simply contemplating the cork oak forest or the horizon. Casinha 2 is our comfy and freshly renovated earth house with plenty of outdoor space and quiet surroundings. The house has one double bed with big closet in a quiet room and another two single beds up on a mezzanine. Located next to São Luís town, restaurants and shops are easily available. The coast which is about 15 km away offers some of the prettiest beaches in Portugal.
