The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Woodys Retreat

Woody's Retreat is a Luxury Shepherd's Hut set in its own dog friendly secure garden with stunning views of Pendle Hill. Surrounded by farmland and with footpath and bike trails easily accessible. Easy walks to local dog friendly pubs. The hut is designed with country cottage aesthetic, equipped with everything you need, with under floor heating to keep you cosy all year round. Outside you will find ample parking, lockable bike shed, pagoda with patio furniture, Chiminea, logs provided and BBQ.

The Rabbit Hole is a beautiful hideaway in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales. Perfect for a romantic break or as a base for walking & cycling in the surrounding countryside. Very close to the market town of Skipton with its medieval castle, shops & restaurants. Embsay is a quiet village with Bolton Abbey, The Tithe Barn, and Grassington; famous for All Creatures Great and Small, all within easy reach. Embsay has a shop, 2 pubs and a steam railway station. Guests are welcome to share our garden.

Upside down stone Bothy on Marsden Moor

Long Fall Bothy is a gorgeous stone building on the outskirts of Marsden village in West Yorkshire. Perfect for a walking holiday, the Kirklees Way passes the property and the Pennine Way, Oldham Way are close by. A great place for mountain biking with the Transpennine Trail a few miles away and lots of cycle paths/trails on your doorstep. Local real ale pubs and plenty of cafes in Marsden village a short walk (15 minutes) along the canal. Beautiful scenery, views from the cottage are amazing.

Dales Retreat

Dales Retreat is a 5-person static caravan on a family 5-star site nestled between the villages of Long Preston and Hellifield, amidst the rolling countryside of the Yorkshire Dales National Park & Forest of Bowland. An ideal location for walking, cycling, mountain biking or just relaxing. Close to Malham Cove, Ingleton Falls, Gisburn Forest, Bolton Abbey, Ingleborough Caves, Yorkshire three peaks, to name a few. Fully equipped kitchen, lounge, dining area, double room, twin room and sofa bed.

1855 Wash House, Town Centre Studio Cottage

The 1855 Wash House is a studio cottage, located within a minutes walk from Skipton High Street. It is on one level apart from one step down into the kitchen. The studio is situated at the rear of a Victorian terrace within the owners garden. There is an outdoor flagged area for guests with sheltered seating for 2. There is a permit parking space at the front of the cottage. Several early morning opening cafes are close by and Marks and Spencers Simply food is just around the corner.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

Rural Shepherd's Hut In Yorkshire With Log Burner

Stay in a cosy Shepherd Hut with panoramic views of the Yorkshire Dales and the 3 Peaks too near Settle. Great for couples, hidden away on our farm, this hut has a cosy double bed, log burner and everything else you need for the perfect stay. This luxurious hut includes a sofa, smart TV, WIFI underfloor heating, shower room with WC and a kitchen with Tea, Coffee, Milk and a homemade Bran Loaf too. A private patio has a fire pit with logs/fuel and tables and chairs to relax on.

Cosy converted piggery, with fabulous views, fenced garden and patio overlooking the Calder Valley. Close to Hebden Bridge and Heptonstall, there are beautiful walks and cycle rides from the doorstep, which is 800m from the Pennine Bridleway. There is a wood burning stove (we provide a starter pack of logs) and well-behaved dogs are welcome. A king-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge make this the perfect venue for couples, friends or parents and child!

Walks for all abilities from our doorstep. Two medium sized dogs are welcome. Local pubs are dog friendly and we have lots of places to eat locally. Amazing views, a wood burning stove, a very comfy four poster king sized bed and a fantastic shower have all been in 5* feedback left by many satisfied guests.
