The lodgings can host a maximum of 4 people, and has been renovated respecting its real core: you can still breathe the genuine atmosphere of Venetian houses inside these walls, with a touch of refinement and originality The house is located on the second floor of a small building which is just 20 meters from the famous Rialto Bridge and a few steps from the characteristic fish and fruit market: the real beating heart of the city. Restaurants, shops and the famous "bacari" (taverns) are located just below the house. The house is very bright and the comfortable and spacious living room will make you feel like living in a Venetian noble building . You can also watch the authentic life of the city that animates the below street from the small terrace of the bedroom. I will personally welcome my guests and, though living not close to the house, am always available for any of your needs. Located in the central area of San Polo which is full of Venice’s historic sights like Rialto Bridge, the Grand Canal, and the oldest church in the city, San Giacomo di Rialto. The area has a lively bar scene and interesting shops. You can easily reach the main tourist attractions from home. I suggest a romantic gondola tour and an evening walk through the narrow streets, far from crowd and noise. City tax is Euro 4.00 per person per night to be paid cash upon arrival

The bedroom: 1 double bedroom (possibility to separate into two single beds), 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, dressing room, bathroom with shower. The apartment is situated on the first floor and between the day and the night there are stairs that is not suitable for small children and handicapped persons.Located in the heart of Venice, 200 metres from the Rialto Bridge, in a historic building with a separate entrance, you can find our elegantly furnished apartment. Near jetties and Alilaguna public transport to the airport.

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy.
