Unser 2022 errichtetes, ökologisches Blockhaus liegt am Rand eines Eichenwäldchens auf einem 550m hohen Hochplateau namens Oesterberge, mitten im Naturpark Sauerland. Bei der Ausstattung haben wir besonderen Wert auf eine stilvolle und komfortable Einrichtung gelegt. Für Wanderer, Mountainbiker, aber auch für Familien mit Kindern wird sie so zu einem kleinen Paradies. Am Rand unseres Bauernhofes gelegen, erleben große und kleine Gäste bei uns Natur pur, Ruhe und spektakuläre Aussichten.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

Nach einem Ausflug auf der Schwäbischen Alb könnt ihr hier Entschleunigen und das Albpanorama vom Balkon aus genießen. Unser Gästezimmer kann von zwei Erwachsenen und bis zu zwei kleineren Kindern (bis 12 Jahre) genutzt werden. Auf Anfrage stellen wir kostenfrei ein Klappbett und ein Kinderbett zur Verfügung

Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Das EIFEL QUARTIER anno 1846 gehört zu einem Ensemble von mehreren historischen Natursteingebäuden, die liebevoll restauriert wurden und anspruchsvollen Gästen ein tolles Naturerlebnis mitten im Herzen der Eifel bescheren, ohne auf entspannten Luxus verzichten zu müssen. Das EIFEL QUARTIER ist eine sehr individuelle, ursprüngliche Unterkunft mit modernem Pelletofen, sie geht über zwei Etagen und verfügt über eine E-Tankstelle. Hier wurde pures Wohnen in die Moderne überführt.

Modern furnishings, bright rooms, an open layout, and 92 square meters of space. It sleeps 1-6 people. You can relax comfortably on a small balcony. Access is via a separate staircase. We look forward to welcoming guests who want to explore our beautiful Kraichgau region or use it as a stopover on their journey.

De nombreuses balades sont possibles directement au pied du gîte. Il a été rénové récemment et dispose de 2 chambres avec 6 couchages. Idéal 2 ou 4 adultes avec ou sans enfants.
