The bathroom has a old stain glass window and an authentic distressed medicine cabinet. The living area has two more stain glass windows and distressed oak floor throughout. It has a king size bed and a full couch for comfort. The exterior has one small upstairs porch and a sitting area down near the stairs entrance. The house is at the dead end of an ally and not near any major intersections. This makes the space quiet for an urban setting. Even though the house was made to appear old, it has many of the amenities you would want in a newly constructed house such as a tank-less water heater for those long hot showers, and spray foam insulation for comfort.
