Wir vermieten unser 1928 erbautes, liebevoll restauriertes Ferienhäuschen, das auf unserem Biobauernhof ca. 1 km vom idyllischen Bergdorf Gasen in der Steiermark liegt. Genießen Sie die ruhige, entschleunigte Atmosphäre in unserem Vintage-Häuschen, ideal für 2 bis maximal 4 Personen. Haustiere sind gerne willkommen! Baumhaus buchengrün ist ein toller Ort für eine Auszeit am Waldrand. Es ist umgeben von Bäumen, Wiesen, einer Feuerstelle und Tiergehegen. Besonders wurde wert gelegt auf hochwertige Architektur: Das Baumhaus ist nachhaltig und mit hochwertigen Materialien errichtet und bietet ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente mitten in der Natur. Es wurde bereits mit der Geramb Rose 2024, einem steirischen Architekturpreis sowie einem Holzbaupreis ausgezeichnet. Es liegt ruhig abseits des Hofgefüges.

The apartment is located in a separate building in the yard of a secluded farm in the unspoiled nature of Pohorje. From the village of Mislinja, you ascend slightly to the homestead along a 1 km private macadam road. In the surrounding area you can walk through the mighty Pohorje forests and plains, cycle along countless forest roads and paths, climb in the nearby granite climbing area, explore the karst caves Hude luknje or relax in the local natural pool.

Ein gemütliches Ferienhaus etwas abseits unseres Bauernhofes lädt zum Verweilen und Entspannen auf über 1100m Seehöhe ein. Das Haus liegt in sonniger Lage, mit Aussicht in die wunderbare Natur. Es liegt nur 5 km von der A2 entfernt in Modriach, in der schönen Weststeiermark. Absolut keine Störgeräusche von Autos oder sonstigem. Aktuell gibt es super Rodelmöglichkeiten! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im 15km entfernten Ort Edelschrott oder im Ort Hirschegg.

Die Alleinlage machen unser Chalet mit einer Flasche Wein aus dem hauseigenen Weinkeller zu etwas ganz Besonderen. Im Winter laden die Gebiete Kreischberg, Grebenzen und Lachtal zum Schifahren ein. Im Sommer sind Wanderungen und der Besuch der Bezirkshauptstadt Murau zu empfehlen.
