Situato a Minozzo, un paese di montagna caratteristico con vista sulla Pietra e qualche locale. L'appartamento si trova al secondo piano ed è suddiviso su due piani. Il piano inferiore presenta un'ampia sala da pranzo con balcone, tv, divano letto matrimoniale, cucina e bagno con doccia. Al secondo piano sono presenti due letti matrimoniali in due camere separate, un balcone con vista sulla pietra ed un bagno in camera con vasca da bagno.
