Der Troadkasten ist ein alter Getreidespeicher, ein traditonell gezimmertes Hozhaus, das wir liebevoll zum gemütlichen Chalet umgestaltet haben. Das Häuschen befindet sich direkt auf unserem Bio-Bergbauernhof auf 1100 m Seehöhe und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Dein Rückzugsort für eine ruhige Auszeit oder Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge im Naturpark Almenland in der Steiermark. Hunde sind gerne willkommen, es laufen Hühner, Katzen und Hofhund Luna frei am Hof herum.

Unser Almhaus liegt auf ca. 800 Meter und befindet sich, ganz alleine, inmitten von Wiesen und Wäldern. Sie spüren die Ruhe und die Kraft der Natur. Hier ticken die Uhren langsamer und Sie können dem Trubel des Alltages entfliehen. Ein Spaziergang durch den Wald und das Rauschen des Baches, erdet Ihre Sinne und gibt Ihnen die Möglichkeit zur Ruhe zu kommen um Ihre Batterien aufzuladen. Wandern: Ganzalm, Pretul, Scheibe, Stuhleck, usw. Kultur: Der nahe Semmering bietet tolle Attraktionen.

Caspar's Home

This modern cabin is located in the Semmering UNESCO world heritage area of Semmering. The first mountain railway in the world was built 1854 and is still in service. You have stunning views from the house, constantly you can observe the changing moods of nature and see how light is sculpting the rocks and ridges of the Atlitzgraben. One feels like being included in a painting of Caspar David Friedrich... There are plenty of possibilities for walking, skiing and mountain biking.

The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
