La casa è un rustico in pietra e legno nel parco delle Alpi Apuane, un luogo ideale per chi desidera fare camminate nei boschi e conoscere e frequentare le attrattive della Versilia e della Toscana tra mare e monti .. La casa è composta da cucina completa con fornelli a gas , wi-fi , divano letto e per riscaldamento per la stagione invernale ha una stufa a legna e pompe di calore preimpostate , una camera da letto con bagno completo con doccia, un soppalco di legno con un letto singolo .

Gioviano is a small quiet medieval village 25 kms from the walled city of Lucca in the Garfagnana. The house is peacful and in the heart of this beautiful Tuscan village, if you want to explore the region this is a perfect retreat for a weekend or longer. We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

Il vostro alloggio si trova al piano terra della casa principale, ma è completamente autonomo. We rent two apartments, one on the upper floor called Balla and one on the ground floor called Modigliani. Tell us which one you prefer. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED A CAR DURING YOUR STAY.
