You’ll love my place because of the peace and quiet found in this valley surrounded by scenic Warwickshire landscapes. My place is good for tourists and business travellers, in fact for everyone!

Quaint outside, Modern inside Banbury, Oxford, Stratford-on-Avon as well as Warwick Castle, Stowe, Silverstone & the Cotswolds not far away. You will be staying in PART of the oldest house in the Village, over 3 floors. It’s totally separate annexe within the house, with your own entrance, and garden area, off road parking for 2-3 cars, set in an idyllic setting. With lovely walks and many famous towns to visit, including Stratford upon Avon, Oxford, and the Cotswolds. Also Plenty of local pubs and restaurants to try, there is NO shop in our village, but 7 mins drive is Tysoe or “Sainsbury’s local” in Hanwell Fields. Enjoy Fiona

Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Blinds provide privacy The property is fairly close to the motorway so some road is possible when outside dependent on weather conditions.

Converted 17th century barn. On the outside, the renovation is sympathetically done. On the inside, beams are retained with added comfort of under floor heating, a designer kitchen and Aga Rangemaster cooker. The principal bedroom has an en-suite shower room. There is a further family bathroom (with bath) off the hall. The second bedroom is down a short flight of stairs. The entire property is subjected to a deep clean between bookings. Outside, the property is surrounded by fields.

Access to this secluded property is down a 400 yard farm track through the Red Horse Vale woods and offers panoramic countryside views.
