This colorful seaside apartment is located in the heart of the small and idyllic town Ekenäs just an hour away from Helsinki. The sea, restaurants and beach are just seconds away. The apartment is divided into three floors, with a large living room, fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, and three balconies. Staircase and elevator exist. The over hundred-year-old wooden house is part of a historically significant industrial milieu. The former workers' house is located on the shore of the lake. The distance to Turku is 8 km. I live downstairs and the two rooms for rent are upstairs. The room/rooms are only rented to one group at a time. Between them is a space with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker, as well as a bathroom. Pier, boat, sauna and a summer canopy near the shore. Children have their own play area.

It has a private indoor parking , an elevator, a private bathroom, a 1.4 m double bed, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, WiFi, Netflix, etc. We provide bed sheets, towels, toilet paper, napkins, shower gel, coffee, and basic seasonings. It's located on Pääskysillankatu-a quiet forest area. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk, the supermarket is 10 minutes by foot. It's 3.8 km from downtown. We also offer discounts for long stays.

In Teijo you can find e.g. a small grocery store, two cafes, a restaurant, an art gallery, small shops and Finland's smallest stone church. Kirjakkala and Mathildedal are a short bike or car ride away. Third floor, no elevator. Free parking. Pets are warmly welcomed.
