Maison Théia, entre mer et montagne Samonas

Notre maison est située au coeur de la région d'Apokronas, entre les contreforts des Montagnes Blanches et les eaux cristallines de la baie de Souda (20min). Au milieu des oliviers et des vignobles, elle est un ancien Kafénio rénové par un architecte grec local.Elle offre le charme de la tradition grecque et tous les conforts modernes. Le jardin est construit sur 3 terrasses exposées plein sud. A Samonas se trouve une taverne réputée. A Stylos (10min en voiture) commerces, tavernes, minimarchés.

The Orange Tree Garden

Next to Chania (Crete), two floors privately owned 300 m. luxury villa, with swimming pool and parking area. It is located in a 4,000 square metres private yard with olive, orange and lemon trees, very close to the protected nature area of the “Agia Lake”. At a distance of some 4km you will find two of best organised sandy beaches of the Chania area. Furnished, with air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, TV and energy fireplace for cold winter nights. Two large balconies with stunning views of the cypress forest and Tromarissa gorge. There are two taverns in the village, and also two beautiful hiking paths for those who love hiking.
