Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Also, there is the sea view, which can be enjoyed from all bedrooms on the first floor. This home is ideal for two families.

The apartment has a separate entrance. The apartment has a kitchen, dining room, bedroom, bathroom and a covered terrace with a table and a view of the garden. This is the family holiday house on the coast with private parking for two cars, a perfect place for swimming, fishing and diving. The house is situated in the first and only row on the coast with no disturbance of other tourists. It's the perfect place to rest, relax and recharge.
