Sunny, one level, 2 bedroom bed and breakfast

This is our home and we usually live here when we host guests. The kitchen is only available for heating water for drinks or reheating food in microwave We live between Queenstown and Arrowtown in Lake Hayes Estate, an established neighborhood of modern homes with mountain views. You can experience bee-keeping with Keith as we have 2 hives in our garden! A cafe (The Hayes)is within easy walking distance of our home. Two large shopping centers and the airport are within 10-15 minutes drive.

Our FULLY insulated, although it may not appear so, family barn, is cosy and warm with all the comforts of home......Insulation between TWO outer layers of corrugated iron.
